Our Blue Spring Oolong tea is from the Fujian Province of China and is blended with Mallow petals. It is an imperial favourite, as the hand selected Ti Kuan Yin Oolong layers notes of orchid, baking bread, and faint wine. This is a rare delight, making it one of the more sought after teas. This small batch blended semi fermented tea has a pale green yellow liquor, tending slightly amber in the cup.
